pay an old debt or go to court

Rude people that will not quit calling. They don't take no for an answer and they hang up on you rather than tell you who they are or what they want! Try to call back with no success!

Daily calls, 5 times a day, and they just hang up when I answer

received calls 5 times a week at least no one on the other line. it is annoying as hell. do not pick up the phone it is a hacker.

Called and said that his name was Officer John Wilson--1441 and that he was calling in regards to a claim on my husbands social security number. He had a strong middle eastern ascent, and there was alot of background noise during the call

I just received this call. Nobody there. Who is this pest?

They just keep calling but I don't recognize the number so I don't answer. I am tired of them calling.

I get at least one call a day, sometimes two, with no message; and they hang up when I answered one time. I don't answer it any more. How do we stop this?

I got the same type of call as reported by Kathy on 28JUN10; except I ignored it at first. I called it back and the ladt who answered was evasive and wouldnt answer any questions. She attempted to transfer me so I hung up. I got called back a minute later. The woman caller made herself sound knowledgable, but was snippy making snide comments. During the conversation she says she is from DCS and is collecting for Texaco. Per my states laws I recorded the conversation and let her know I was doing so. The debt she claims to be collecting for goes back 12 years. I used to work debt collection and let her know that I am familiar with the FDCPA and that their collection practices do not align with the law. I also informed her not to call me again.

Caller keeping ringing my phone. I don't know the caller.

User claimed she wanted to return a laptop. She said she bought from me on Ebay. The laptop has no windows, she needs windows to write poems.

they call every 4 minutes!!!!! literally. NO JOKE! everytime the phone has been ringing, it is this number
